Last July 16, I had the chance to work for the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs (Silicon Valley Bailliage) for their annual dinner in Los Altos.
Following the theme of this event which was the “Tour de France”, I designed the menu reflecting specialities from the route of the 2016 edition.
