Last July 16, I had the chance to work for the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs (Silicon Valley Bailliage
) for their annual dinner in Los Altos.
Following the theme of this event which was the “Tour de France”, I designed the menu reflecting specialities from the route of the 2016 edition.
